There are a few classes in the codebase that are no longer being used and should be removed. Deprecated in 1.1 and removed in 2.0 is the way to go I suppose.

Examples: TransactionalEventReader + DefaultTransactionalEventReader, EventSequence, recently also ItemSkipPolicyItemHandler
