Samples need to be reviewed they reflect the 1.0 framework version including variable names and comments - there's a lot of past heritage currently that may cause confusion. Also the InterruptAdvice should be removed.

- variables and spring beans renamed consistently with framework's vocabulary
- interrupt aspect removed
- removed InfiniteItemReader, GeneratingItemReader with large limit used instead to test graceful shutdown
- simpleJob removed (same as fixedLengthImportJob)
