Attached text file describes the issues I had to resolve after switching M2 samples to M3 framework.

The list should be fairly complete although I haven't fixed all the problems - the remaining seem to be instances of those already documented. I'll go through the list once more on Monday and probably make some minor edits, but I'm attaching it now so that it is available for review.

Attached reviewed version, with few items added (complete enough to make M2 tradeJob work with M3 framework).

The attached log of changes that need to be made should work for M2 to M3, and should be distributed as part of the release.
